Cd Driver Ricoh Rw 240
I have a Gestetner A045 Wide Format Copier/Printer/Scanner with a Type RW-240 Controller. I have already registered the Serial Number of the controller and have a license file, but I am trying to install on a new PC.

I cannot find the original installation CD for the controller. I have searched all Ricoh sites but only find printer drivers.

Contact the Ricoh dealer where they got their plotter. Ask the Service Tech to obtain the ISO CD Image. The info to give the Service Tech is: Copier Type: Gestetner A045 Product Code: B125 Controller Machine Code: B697 EDP Code: 411737 Burn the ISO Image to a CD. If so, could you tell me where I need to tell them to go to get the iso for me? I already had them call and ask for the cd/file, but all they did was refer them to Ricoh's website.
