Panasonic Unified Pc Maintenance Console Download
Okay so its been a while since i've done a TDA system. In the past I bought my clients the system via a local dealer so he naturally got it all setup for us, and the last time I did a system was about 2 years ago, a TDA100 in my own office. Well obviously they made some changes and the TDA50G is what they sell now. So I bought that from a local distributor of mine (they sold it to me direct after i gave them my BTS dealer number).
So now i have this here and im not quite sure where to get the TDA50G software. I log into my BTS account but all i see is the unified console stuff and the SD card (5.0) files. What happened to the maintenance console? Do they not use it anymore???
A little help is appreciated here. Also, do i need to active the TDA50G to use it like i used to with the TDA100?

Yeah no probs using BTS dealer, and i do have the certs, never could access the panacare site as we never had to (we always bought TDA from another dealer, but we became one recently). Soooo i'll go find his contact info and see if he can help me. Thanks for the info.

Panasonic Maintenance Console
Hello all sifus, I have a secondhand Panasonic KX-TDA 100 Phone system which looks like this: I have installed it properly and all the network works fine. There are 2 problems that i faced right now: 1. I didn't manage to find the software (KX TDA 100/200 maintenance console) for version 2.0 and version 3.0, I only have version 1.0 anyone that has it, mind to share it? Or any links for me to download it for free?? Will really appreciated it if you share it out!
I do not have the system password Because i bought it secondhand and the person didn't tell me the system password, and now i can't access into it. The manual says if forgot the password then reset the machine to factory default how do i reset the KX-TDA 100 to factory default? Anyone know how? Please teachhhh T.T thankkk youu and i don't know whether is this the correct group/ place i should post in? Any other more specific technical support for this topic i can post on?
