Install Inventor. If you still face the same issue even after you’ve followed the steps above, then install the Consistent Materials manually before installing Inventor. Browse Consistent Materials from Media (media Content ADSKMaterials 2012 CM MaterialLibrary2012.msi).
Autodesk Material Library Download
Double click MaterialLibrary2012.msi (or Open DOS Shell and run with manual command line Msiexe.exe /I media Content ADSKMaterials 2012 CM CM.msi /L.v%temp% CM2012install.log /qb). When the Consistent Materials installation is complete, install Inventor.
