Cardio seems to be the default choice for a lot of people when it comes to fat loss. I enjoy my share of cardio, but when it comes to fat loss, it's not my first choice. A study done by Queensland University of Technology in Australia had participants do steady state cardio five times a week for 12 weeks.
What were the results? And nearly have of them lost less than 2 pounds. Today I share with you one of my personal favorite tools in fat loss: Afterburn Effect Exercises This video is mainly meant to show you examples of what exercises you would do.
